How The Program Works

Great team building activities must both be exciting to employees and yet still produce results.

Imagine for the next three weeks your coworkers are suddenly teams of secret agents conducting undercover surveillance, planting hidden clues, playing good humored practical jokes, raising money for charity, and all the while maintaining their normal business activities. Suddenly everyone has a smile on their face and can't wait to arrive at work and see what the next twist or turn holds.

  • The first step is contacting us to set up your adventure. Setup takes about 10 minutes over the phone or email.
  • During setup, we help you form 4 teams of at least 2 employees each (We can accommodate groups up to 1000). Teams are organized to maximize game benefits.
  • One manager helps serve as judge, is still scripted into the game, but doesn’t actually compete. This manager will have the opportunity to help, encourage, and advise employees, thus improving the manager/employee relationship.
  • Exciting but educational missions are sent automatically through email to players throughout a 3-week period, though we only need one email address per team. Most missions take only minutes a day to perform, as the game runs in the background of your workday, never requiring an interruption to normal business activities. Don't worry, this isn't something that distracts your employees from real work, it's just something on the side.
  • Players carry-out assignments in real-life as they interact with one another and report back their actions online. We analyze the data, select new missions, and send out new instructions accordingly.
  • Throughout the 3 weeks, players find themselves discovering hidden clues, playing good humored pranks, using creativity to win competitions, and producing a hilarious online photo documentary.
  • A unique feature of our game is players will find that clues and missions can come from anywhere and anyone throughout the day. The package delivery man might slip you a message from headquarters. The waitress at your favorite café could be reporting your team’s location. An innocent looking pedestrian might take your picture at any time. In this fashion, employees learn to stay alert, be observant, and expect the unexpected.
  • Prizes are announced and awarded to the winning team.
  • Valuable and continuous feedback can be relayed to players through online forms and in-person meetings. The outcome is a lighter, more enjoyable work atmosphere resulting in greater productivity and superior employee loyalty.
